I aim to post the next working day.
I post my orders using Royal Mail 2nd class for packages up to 2kg and Collect Plus for larger packages. They aim to deliver by the third working day.

Experience days booking
The experience days are held on weekdays, Tuesday to Friday.
If you are buying the day as a present I can supply a ‘gift card’ for you to print. To maintain the surprise, we can then set the date that works for both of us after the gift giving. Experience days can be taken on a mutually agreed date within 12 months of purchase.
Experience days cancellation policy
If poor weather means that we cannot hold the day on the date planned then we simply reschedule.
If I cancel for whatever reason then I give a full refund, or rescheduling of the date at our mutual convenience.
If you cancel the date for the booking, then, as I will have dedicated the day and my time to you, I refund the amount paid minus:
- 50% charge up to 7 clear days before the scheduled date. For example of the date is set for a Tuesday 10th then the 50% charge applies up to midnight the previous Monday 3rd.
- 75% charge up to 3 clear days before the scheduled date. In the above example that would be midnight Friday 6th.
- 90% charge thereafter.
Experience day expiration of booking
I try to be flexible with bookings where days have been booked as gifts etc.
A booking for an experience event is valid for 12 months from purchase. After this time it expires with no refund due. It can however be reactivated through payment of any difference in the amount paid and the current rate.
