Terms and conditions
I aim to post within 2-3 working days.
I post my orders using Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of postage for packages up to 2kg, and Collect Plus with tracked delivery for larger packages. They both aim to deliver by the third working day.

Experience days booking
The experience days are held on weekdays, Tuesday to Friday.
If you are buying the day as a present I can supply a ‘gift card’ for you to print. To maintain the surprise, we can then set the date that works for both of us after the gift giving. Experience day purchases are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Experience days cancellation policy
Having set a date.
If poor weather means that we cannot hold the day on the date planned then we simply reschedule.
If I cancel for whatever reason then I give a full refund, or rescheduling of the date at our mutual convenience.
If you cancel the booking, then, as I will have dedicated the day and preparation time to you, I will refund the original purchaser the amount paid minus:
- 75% charge if cancelled up to 7 clear days before the scheduled date. For example, if the date is set for a Tuesday 10th, then the 75% charge applies up to midnight the previous Monday 3rd.
- 80% charge if cancelled up to 3 clear days before the scheduled date. In the above example that would be midnight Friday 6th
- 90% charge thereafter.
